Our bullet and shotgun shell jewelry and decorations are made from real ammunition that has been fired.  Shell casings almost always have lead residue on them. Lead exposure is a serious health hazard, especially to children. Lead exposure can lead to serious injury and even death. Lead exposure can occur not only via the direct handling of shell casings or the direct ingestion of lead dust or particulate that becomes airborne during activities involving shell casings, but also in many other ways—some of which are indirect and not obvious.

Our products are meant for display.  If people handle the items, just keep in mind the potential for lead exposure and wash up afterwards.
